Spencer L. Dayton, 19, 444 Lafayette Road, Apt. 4, Hampton, N.H.; possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, continued without finding and probation for three months, $50 court cost and $50 Victim-Witness Fund assessment (Amesbury).
Dayne Mizzi, 20, 39 Dearborn Ave., Seabrook; possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, continued without finding and probation for three months, $50 court cost and $50 VWF assessment (Amesbury).

Gregg W. Burrill, 30, 10 Aubin St., Amesbury; receiving stolen property worth less than $250, dismissed (Newburyport).
Ryan J. Murray, 24, 33 Duren Ave., Lowell; driving after license suspension, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months, $50 VWF (Amesbury).
Justin M. Flanagan, 21, 72 Fern Ave., Amesbury; driving after registration suspension, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months, $50 VWF; registration not in possession, not responsible (Salisbury).
SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division on Wednesday, April 4, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials.
Raymond Fowler, 40, 14 Washington St., Seabrook; violation of a stalking prevention order, guilty, 10 days in the house of corrections, suspended conditioned upon six months good behavior to include having no contact of any kind with the victim except when she retrieves her property while accompanied by a police officer (Seabrook).
Ashley McLean, 24, 4 Rings Terrace, Hampton; resisting arrest/detention, guilty, $500 fine, suspended; hindering apprehension/prosecution, nol prossed (discontinued) (Seabrook).
Brandon G. Claar, 22, 11 Heritage Way, Exeter; driving while intoxicated, guilty, $1,120 fine, with $500 suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior, nine-month loss of license and a court recommendation the defendant complete an impaired driver intervention program (Seabrook).
Victoria Cole, 19, 2 Linda Lane, Seabrook; simple assault, guilty, $500 fine, suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior to include no contact with the victim (Hampton).
