AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
Cynthia Wall, 48, 21 Perkins St., No. 17, Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 4:46 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Larry Bybee, Kevin Mulrenin and Craig Lesage made the arrest on Perkins Street.
Timothy Elliot, 25, 18 Richer Road, Hampstead, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 12:28 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and two miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations. Also arrested at the scene was Michael Lewis, 24, 35 Buttonwood Road, Amesbury, who was charged with a previous warrant. Officers Thomas Nichols and Lesage made the arrests on Elm Street.
SALISBURY
The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:
Wendy A. Deaton, 62, 141 Beach Road, Apt. D14, Salisbury, was issued a summons Friday at 6:24 p.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a license and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Officer Michael Tullercash issued the summons on Beach Road.
William Lingos, 24, 32 North End Blvd., Salisbury, was arrested Sunday at 1:10 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officer James Leavitt made the arrest on Broadway.
Stephanie McCaughey, 42, 48 Sanborn Road, East Kingston, N.H., was issued a summons Sunday at 11:19 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, making an unsafe lane change and speeding more than 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. Officer Keith Forget issued the summons on Interstate 95.
SEABROOK
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Bradley Ryan Baxter, 27, 89 Molly Philbrick Road, Effingham, N.H., was arrested Friday at 7:10 p.m. and charged with a bench warrant. Officer Ryan Kane and Sgt. John Wasson made the arrest on Granddaughters Way.
Michelle L. Simar, 26, 129 Lower Collins St., Apt. A., Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 7:48 p.m. and charged with violating a protective order. Officer Frank Brown Jr. made the arrest on Lower Collins Street.
Randy J. Carroll, 27, 88 Leo Ave., Dracut, was issued a summons Friday at 11:47 p.m. on a charge of having an open container of alcohol. Officers Kane and Brown issued the summons on Lafayette Road.
Luis Robles, 28, 161 Tenney St., first floor, Methuen, and Leroy Fowler, 22, 14 17th St., Apt. C, Salisbury, were arrested Saturday at 1:37 a.m. and both charged with two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officers Adam Laurent, Kane and Wasson made the arrests on Lafayette Road.
Benjamin Bryant, 22, 14 Washington St., Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 3:54 a.m. and charged with two bench warrants. Officer Keith Dietenhofer made the arrest on Lafayette Road.
Ronald X. Santos, 23, 24 Batchelder Road, Apt. C17, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 7:08 p.m. and charged with a bench warrant. Sgt. David Buccheri and officer Daniel Hickman made the arrest on Route 107.
Colton Wayne Blanchette, 19, 93 Central St., Byfield, was arrested Saturday at 9:15 p.m. and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officers David Hersey, Jeremy Tetreault, Hickman, Brown Jr. and Dietenhofer made the arrest on Lafayette Road.
David M. Sarette Jr., 41, 17 Randall Drive, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 1:42 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officers Chester Felch and Kane made the arrest on Borderwinds Avenue.
WEST NEWBURY
The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:
Shawn Rogers, 40, 95 Kimball St., Bradford, was arrested Friday at 8:07 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officers Barry Coker and Eric Forni made the arrest on Main Street.
William McKay, 39, 77 Charles St., Milton, was arrested Saturday at 3:22 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. The arrest was made on Middle Street.
GROVELAND

Robert C. Beals, 52, 21 Judith St., Danville, N.H., was issued a summons Friday at 5:45 p.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no inspection sticker. Detective James Morton issued the summons on School Street.
Michael Saltzman, 25, 2 River Road, Brentwood, N.H., was issued a summons Friday at 7:30 p.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no inspection sticker. Detective Morton issued the summons on Salem Street.
Elaine S. Shaw, 51, 12 Wedgewood Drive, Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 9:35 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense). Officers Michael Traister and David Shanahan made the arrest.
Fermin Perez, 38, 20 Wyman St., No. 1, Lynn, was arrested Saturday at 10:22 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and speeding. Detective James Morton issued the summons on School Street.
Scott A. Livingstone, 55, 1 Studley St., Haverhill, was issued a summons on Sunday at 6:05 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Officer Heather Riley issued the summons on Elk Park.
Mark W. Levesque, 45, 78 School St., Apt. A-3, Salem, N.H., was issued a summons Sunday at 1:50 p.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no inspection sticker. Detective Morton issued the summons on School Street.

Lisa Wallmark, 29, 34A Shawsheen Court, Lawrence, was arrested Sunday at 3:01 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officer Scott Hatch made the arrest in Pond Street.
STATE POLICE
The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:
Juan C. Santizo, 34, 8 Sevilla Road, Andover, was arrested Friday at 8:17 p.m. and charged with two previous warrants, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, willfully furnishing false name, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, license not in possession and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Katsarakes made the arrest in Topsfield.
Matthew C. Devine, 28, 236 Farmington Ave., Cranston, R.I., was arrested Saturday at 3 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Trooper Demeo made the arrest in Newbury.
Ryan C. Jesionowski, 32, 32 Forest Acres Drive, No. 428, Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 12:25 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), fail to stop/yield and an equipment violation. Trooper Cormier made the arrest in Haverhill.
