Robyn Stack, 46, 1 White Court, Newburyport, was arrested Monday at 1:22 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant (annoying phone calls). Officers Craig Lesage and Michael Purvis made the arrest on Haverhill Road.
SALISBURY
The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:
Adam C. Garnett, 32, 231 Lawrence St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 5:52 p.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officer Patrick Szymkowski issued the summons on Elm Street.
SEABROOK
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Richard Murphy, 28, 194 Lafayette Road, Salisbury; Megan Fuller, 19, 21 Stoneledge Road, North Hampton, N.H.; and Christopher Lee McGlew, 32, 168 Lafayette Road, No. 50, North Hampton, N.H.; were arrested Monday at 10:04 a.m. by officers John Mounsey and David Hersey on Belgian Drive. Murphy and Fuller were charged with receiving stolen property and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. McGlew was charged with receiving stolen property.
Kristin Ellen Smith, 26, 4512 Scotts Mill Court, Saugus, was arrested Monday at 3:01 p.m. and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officers Mounsey and Patrick Smart made the arrest on Lafayette Road.
GROVELAND
The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:
Paul R. Foulkes, 21, 26 Front St., No. 1, Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 4:25 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. At the same time, Jenna Marie Lazaris, 18, 2 Flanders Lane, Wakefield, was issued a summons for permitting uninsured operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Heather Riley issued the summonses on Yale Street.
GEORGETOWN

Janet Parker, 57, 70 Salem St., Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 11:36 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Detective James Rodden made the arrest in York, Maine. SClB
