NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trial was recorded Wednesday, Dec. 14, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Allen Swan presiding:

Hakeem D. Hall, 20, 8 Lafayette Park, Lynn; threatening to commit a crime, guilty, 30 days house of correction, time deemed served; threatening to commit a crime, dismissed (Newburyport).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Friday, Dec. 16, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Tania M. Cormier, 37, 208C Walton Road, Seabrook; heroin, being present where kept, guilty, one year's probation, must remain drug/alcohol free with random screens, stay away and no contact with required person, $50 Victim-Witness Fund (Amesbury).

Mario Montijo, 26, 31 Fenwood Road, No. 5, Boston; assault with a dangerous weapon, pretrial probation for one year, must complete State Courts Against Road Rage program, attend anger management program (Salisbury).

Devin J. Stehlin, 24, 220 High St., No. 6, Ipswich; assault, guilty, six months' probation, $50 VWF, must stay away from victim; attempt to commit a crime, guilty, six months' probation (Newburyport).

Duglas Miranda, 32, 139 Wilkins Ave., No. 3, Lynn; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed upon payment of $50 costs and $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Joseph D. Hoey, 40, 2 Richmond St., third floor, Lowell; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 HIF, $50 VWF, 45-day loss of license, complete Alcohol Safety Awareness Program (Newbury).

James McIntyre, 37, 46 School St., Merrimac; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed; domestic assault and battery, continued without finding for 18 months, $350 batterer's fee, $50 VWF, no abuse of victim (Merrimac).

Daniel P Sullivan, 46, 10 Woodland St., No 1, Merrimac; operating an uninsured motor vehicle, pretrial probation for three months, $50 VWF (West Newbury).

Craig Munsell, 25, 3 Madison St., No. 1, Amesbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), guilty, 10 days in house of corrections, time deemed served; fail to stop/yield, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Arielle D. Freeman, 37, 26 Orchard St., Amesbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, pretrial probation for two months, $50 VWF; speeding, responsible, $100 fine (Newburyport).
