NEWBURYPORT
The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:
James R. Cordiner, 21, 3 Boardman St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Sunday at 7:19 p.m. on a charge of maliciously damaging a motor vehicle. Sgt. Alan Maguire and officers Richard Rocco, Edward Rice and Michael McGinnis issued the summons on Green and Merrimac streets.
Emily Rogers, 17, 7 South Pond St., Newbury, and Ryan Burke, 17, 87 Monroe St., Amesbury, were arrested Sunday at 9:56 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officer McGinnis made the arrests on Inn Street.
Albert Letizio, 50, 91 Indian Rock Road, Windham, N.H., and Ralphie Feole, 56, 386 South Broadway, Salem, N.H., were issued summonses Monday at 11:49 a.m. on a charge of threatening to commit a crime. Officer Keith Carter issued the summonses at the police headquarters on Green Street.
SALISBURY
The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:
Jose A. Ramos, 30, 55 Fernview Ave., Apt. 11, North Andover, was issued a summons Sunday at 10:05 p.m. on a charge of leaving the scene of property damage. Officers Richard Dellaria and Timothy Hunter issued the summons on North End Boulevard.
Eric J. Nelson, 18, 141 Beach Road, Apt. D23, Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 12:26 a.m. on a warrant. Officers Dellaria and James Leavitt made the arrest at the Salisbury House of Pizza on Beach Road.
Zachary Cunan, 21, 1032 Province Road, Strafford, N.H., was arrested Monday at 1:04 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Dellaria and Leavitt made the arrest at the Driftwood Motel on Beach Road.
Eric Buonagurio, 19, 40 Locke St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 10:02 a.m. on charges of violating an abuse prevention order and making annoying phone calls. Officer Robert Roy issued the summons at 81 Atlantic Ave.
AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
William D. Reardon, 23, 2 Carriage Hill Road, Apt. 21, Amesbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:41 p.m. on charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Officers Ray Landry and Thomas Nichols and Sgt. Richard Poulin issued the summons at Vermette's supermarket on Pond Street.
Randy A. Gouthier, 43, 42 S. Central St., Apt. 3, Bradford, was arrested Sunday at 8:50 p.m. and charged with a miscellaneous vehicle equipment violation, driving while under the influence of alcohol (sixth offense) and child endangerment while under the influence. Officers Landry, Nichols and Matthew Cunningham made the arrest on Greenleaf Street.
STATE POLICE
The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:
Daniel Bouchard, 40, 51 Church St., North Andover, was arrested Sunday at 9:59 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, possessing an open container of alcohol in the vehicle, a marked lanes violation and driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense). Trooper Atkinson made the arrest in Haverhill.
Brooke Parent, 19, 63 Park St., Dover, N.H., was issued a summons Sunday at 10:20 p.m. on a charge of driving without a license. Trooper Hickey issued the summons in Merrimac.
SEABROOK
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Marc Stephen Thompson, 37, 19 Farm Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 8:46 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officers Jeremy Tetreault and Kevin Gelineau made the arrest on Farm Lane.
Lowell Johnson, 72, 9 Stard Road, Apt. 21, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 9:42 p.m. and charged with simple assault and criminal threatening (intimidation). Sgt. David Buccheri and officers Chester Felch, Adam Laurent and Gelineau made the arrest at Cimarron Suites on Route 107.
Mariah Dupuis, 19, 2 Gale Village Road, Newton, N.H., was issued a summons Sunday at 10:24 p.m. and charged with theft (shoplifting). Officer Tetreault issued the summons on Liberty Lane.
NEWBURY
The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:
Raymond Robert Fortier Jr., 35, 2 Grover St., Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 10:12 a.m. and charged with driving with a revoked license. Officer John Lucey III and Sgt. Patty Fisher made the arrest on Scotland Road.
WEST NEWBURY
The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:
John Peterson, 35, 212 Main St., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 11:50 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officers Eric Forni, Barry Coker and Patrick Clay made the arrest on Main Street.
Lisa Dwyer, 42, 20A Adams Ave., Seabrook, was issued a summons Sunday at 7:26 p.m. on a charge of driving with a suspended license. Officers Barry Coker and Narciso Garcia issued the summons on Main Street.

Miles C. Adrian, 19, 9 Garden St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 9:55 p.m. on charges of a stop sign violation and being a minor transporting or carrying alcohol. Sgt. Dwight McDonald and Detective James Morton issued the summons at 860 Salem St.
Crystal C. Josephson, 19, 17 Highland Road, Boxford, was issued a summons Saturday at 9:55 p.m. on a charge of being a minor transporting/carrying alcohol. Sgt. McDonald and Detective Morton issued the summons at 860 Salem St.
Andrew I. Cramer, 29, 10 Hanover Drive, Newbury, was arrested Sunday at 12:35 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and speeding. Officers Heather Riley and Edwin Fournier made the arrest on Main Street.
GEORGETOWN

John Surette, 48, 261 Cambridge St., Burlington, was arrested Saturday at 1:16 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation and failure to dim headlights. Officer Derek Jones made the arrest on East Main Street.
Karen Davis, 51, 16 Dwinnel St., Groveland, was arrested Sunday at 1:50 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officer Jones made the arrest on Pond Street.
