The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:

Cheryl M. Douglass, 46, 311 Wethersfield St., Rowley, was issued a summons Wednesday at 7:45 p.m. on a charge of stalking. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.

Mary J. Putur, 62, 862 Haverhill St., No. 12, Rowley, was arrested Friday and charged with a previous warrant. The arrest was made on Haverhill Street.

A 17-year-old juvenile was issued a summons Monday at 8:13 a.m. on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Nicolo Medaglia, 21, 23 Maple St., Merrimac, was issued a summons Sunday at 8:16 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and no inspection sticker. Officer Robert Coppola issued the summons on Church Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Edward A. Driscoll, 37, 71 Bellevue Ave., third floor, Haverhill, was arrested Wednesday at 3:05 p.m. and charged with three previous warrants. Detective James Morton made the arrest.

Linda M. Dembro, 45, 15 Northside Court, Haverhill, was issued a summons Thursday at 1:40 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after suspension. Officers Gregory Pekarski and Heather Riley issued the summons on School Street.

Kim Parker, 81 High St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 5:10 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after suspension. Officer Steven Petrone issued the summons.

Alexander Paul Clauson, 27, 1 Billings Road, Merrimac, was issued a summons Tuesday at 9:55 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after license suspension. Officer Neil Moody issued the summons on School Street.

GEORGETOWN

The following item was recorded in the Georgetown police log:

George Girard, 56, 100 West Main St,. Georgetown, was arrested Sunday at 6:35 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer and threat to commit a crime. Detective James Rodden made the arrest on West Main Street.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Gregory Salerno, 20, 22 Spofford Ave., Georgetown, was arrested Tuesday at 8:22 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, marked lanes and failure to to drive in the right lane. Officer Barry Coker and Gregory Pekarski made the arrest on Main Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Irene Fisher, 52, 52 Audubon Road, Haverhill, was arrested Wednesday at 12:54 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Trooper Schumaker made the arrest in Haverhill.

Pedro J. Velazquez, 26, 253 Chatham St., No. 1, Lynn, was issued a summons Sunday at 5:25 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and marked lanes. Trooper O’Neill issued the summons in Boxford.

Richard N. Hackett Jr., 23, 194 Center St., Groveland, was arrested Monday at 12:35 a.m. and charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, attaching plates, possession of a class D substance, carrying a dangerous weapon (switchblade), possession of a class A substance, possession of a class C substance to distribute and possession of a class B substance. Trooper Bonia made the arrest in Haverhill.

Kevin A. Tenney, 20, 83 Lowell St., No. 3, Waltham, was issued a summons Monday at 7:20 p.m. and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes and speeding. Trooper Nangle issued the summons in Boxford.

Eddie A. Santana, 21, 258 Washington St., was arrested Tuesday at 1:40 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and an equipment violation. Trooper Schmaker made the arrest in Haverhill.

Tyler J. Donahue, 21, 13 Willow Ave., Salem, was arrested Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant and no seat belt. Trooper Katsarakes made the arrest in Newbury.
