Christopher Bresnahan, 25, 31 Jefferson St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 1:29 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and fail to dim headlights. Officer Eric Andrukaitis and Sgt. Charles Eaton made the arrest on High Street near Bresnahan Elementary School.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Jorge Cacho Oteyza, 48, 1 Market Square, Newburyport, was arrested Friday at 6:44 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and marked lanes. Officers Raymond Landry, Lauren Tirone and Sgt. David Noyes made the arrest on Oak Street.

Enrique Tejada, 21, 64 Elm St., Georgetown, was issued a summons Friday at 7:28 p.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration.

Christopher Lee Herr, 48, 36 Macy Terrace, Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 10:17 p.m. and charged with malicious destruction of property more than $250, domestic assault and battery, domestic assault and disorderly conduct. Officers Landry, Matthew Cunningham, Denis Champagne Jr. and Sgts. Noyes, Craig Bailey and Glenn Chaput made the arrest on Macy Terrace.

Lauren P. Fulgoni, 25, 57 Pear Tree Road, Haverhill, was issued a summons Saturday at 10:48 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Thomas Nichols and Sgt. Noyes issued the summons on Macy Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Timothy Carey, 42, 25 Market St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 10:50 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Richard Dellaria and Neil Moody made the arrest on Broadway.

Jonathan W. Moore, 22, 127 Armstrong Ave., Methuen, was arrested Saturday at 1:11 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, speeding and marked lanes. Officers Dellaria and Patrick Szymkowski made the arrest on Beach Road.

Steven Wilson, 32, 13 Merrimac St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 7:18 a.m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and fail to stop/yield. Detective Steven Sforza issued the summons on Elm Street.

Scott O’Connor, 24, 52 Elm St., Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 10:33 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Sgt. Timothy Hunter and officer Michael Alder made the arrest on Beach Road.

Derrick Doodnauth, 39, 64 Mudnock Road, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 8:33 p.m. and charged with two counts of domestic assault and battery and intimidating a witness. Officer Szymkowski and Sgt. Eugene Scione made the arrest on Mudnock Road.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Allison Rebecca Nadler, 25, 45 Macy St., No. 302, Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 4:59 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Lt. John Wasson and officer John Mounsey made the arrest at Walmart, Route 1.

Michael B. Ratcliffe, 28, 400 Portsmouth Ave., No. 2, Greenland, N.H., was arrested Friday at 8:19 p.m. and charged with first-degree assault. Officers Justin Murphy, David Hersey, Sgt. David Buccheri and Lt. Wasson made the arrest on Folly Mill Terrace.

April A. Karalfa, 39, 2 Whittier Ave., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 4:03 a.m. and charged with violating a protective order. Officer Joseph Lister made the arrest on Court Street.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Charles Martin, 19, 39 Elm Park, Groveland, was issued a summons Friday on a charge of possession of a class C substance. Officer Eric Forni issued the summons on Main Street.

Sheryl Baxte, 45, 97 East Main St., Merrimac, was issued a summons Friday on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after suspension. Officer Forni issued the summons on Main Street.

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

Rachelle M. Budau, 30, 2 Depot Way, Rowley, was issued a summons Thursday at 2:20 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Detective James Morton issued the summons on Salem Street.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

Frederick E. Hoyt, 66, 118 Leslie Road, Rowley, was issued a summons Thursday at 9:14 a.m. on charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle. The summons was issued on Main Street.

MERRIMAC

The following items were recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Keith Babcock, 31, 8 Raymond St., Seabrook, was issued a summons Friday at 11:36 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officers Chris Maguire and Steven Ringuette issued the summons on East Main Street.

Christine Stott, 44, 10 Merrimac Square, Merrimac, was arrested Saturday at 12:30 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Richard Holcroft and Ringuette made the arrest in Merrimac Square.

GEORGETOWN

The following items were recorded in the Georgetown police log:

Jacob Disilva, 27, 14 Esty Way, Apt. C, Groveland, was arrested Saturday at 1:34 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana and marked lanes. Officer Scott Hatch made the arrest on East Main Street.

Dawnmarie Kenniston, 27, 71 Hurd St., Lynn, was arrested Saturday at 3:10 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officer Adam Raymond made the arrest on Patriot Way.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Roberto O. Palomino, 38, 1012 North Shore Road, Revere, was issued a summons Friday at 6:35 a.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. At the same time, Oscar Roberto Vallaro, 44, 178 Bryant St., Malden, was issued a summons on charges of no inspection sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper Heaphy issued the summonses in Salisbury.

John W. McGuirk, 41, 637 Riverside Ave., No. 15, Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 7:57 p.m. on charges of marked lanes, failure to keep right on a hill/obstructed view, fail to signal, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and no seat belt. Trooper Smith issued the summons in Amesbury.

Celeste M. Melendez, 37, 34A Highland St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Friday at 9:15 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Caranfa issued the summons in Haverhill.

Joshua D. Seery, 37, 166 High St., No. 2, Reading, was arrested Friday at 11:45 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as to being a habitual traffic offender and fail to stop for police.

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested Saturday at 1:05 a.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to dim headlights. Sgt. Pupolo made the arrest in Haverhill.

Shaun C. Jones, 36, 16 Hubbard Road, Berwick, Maine, and John L. Pownall, 47, 501 Portland Ave., Rollingford, N.H., were arrested Saturday at 7:53 p.m. and charged with previous warrants. Jones was also charged with being a fugitive from justice. Trooper Smith made the arrests in Amesbury.
