The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Karen L. Horn, 44, 122 Village Post Road, Danvers, was arrested Sunday at 5:30 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense) and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as to being a habitual traffic offender. Officers Shawn Eaton, Joshua Tierney and Sgt. William Steeves made the arrest on Spofford Street.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Alessandro V. Marino, 51, 45 Macy St., Apt. 304A, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 9:06 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (fourth offense). Officers Thomas Nichols, Matthew Cunningham and Sgts. David Noyes and Craig Bailey made the arrest on Haverhill Road.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Meaghan W. Cote, 18, 84 Folly Mill Road, Seabrook, was issued a summons Sunday at 10:31 p.m. on a charge of person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officer Patrick Szymkowski issued the summons on Route 1.

Kyle Nichols, 18, 110 Elm St., Apt. E, Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 12:40 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding in violation of special regulations, marked lanes and license not in possession. Officer Szymkowski and Sgt. Timothy Hunter made the arrest on Collins Street.

Marc Buote, 28, 45 Old County Road, No. 1, Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 2:09 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Szymkowski and Hunter made the arrest on Old County Road.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Renaldo Frank Gordon, 18, 56 Railroad Ave., Seabrook, was arrested Monday at 12:42 a.m. and charged with criminal trespassing

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

Rachelle M. Budau, 30, 2 Depot Way, Rowley, was issued a summons Thursday at 2:20 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Detective James Morton issued the summons on Salem Street.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

Frederick E. Hoyt, 66, 118 Leslie Road, Rowley, was issued a summons Thursday at 9:14 a.m. on charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle. The summons was issued on Main Street.

MERRIMAC

The following items were recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Keith Babcock, 31, 8 Raymond St., Seabrook, was issued a summons Friday at 11:36 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officers Chris Maguire and Steven Ringuette issued the summons on East Main Street.

Christine Stott, 44, 10 Merrimac Square, Merrimac, was arrested Saturday at 12:30 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Richard Holcroft and Ringuette made the arrest in Merrimac Square.

Jack Shea, 18, 7 Pine Bluff Ave., Merrimac, was issued a summons Saturday at 2 p.m. on a charge of criminal harassment. The summons was issued at the East Main Street police station.

GEORGETOWN

The following items were recorded in the Georgetown police log:

Jacob Disilva, 27, 14 Esty Way, Apt. C, Groveland, was arrested Saturday at 1:34 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana and marked lanes. Officer Scott Hatch made the arrest on East Main Street.

Dawnmarie Kenniston, 27, 71 Hurd St., Lynn, was arrested Saturday at 3:10 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officer Adam Raymond made the arrest on Patriot Way.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Roberto O. Palomino, 38, 1012 North Shore Road, Revere, was issued a summons Friday at 6:35 a.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. At the same time, Oscar Roberto Vallaro, 44, 178 Bryant St., Malden, was issued a summons on charges of no inspection sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper Heaphy issued the summonses in Salisbury.

John W. McGuirk, 41, 637 Riverside Ave., No. 15, Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 7:57 p.m. on charges of marked lanes, failure to keep right on a hill/obstructed view, fail to signal, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and no seat belt. Trooper Smith issued the summons in Amesbury.

Celeste M. Melendez, 37, 34A Highland St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Friday at 9:15 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Caranfa issued the summons in Haverhill.

Joshua D. Seery, 37, 166 High St., No. 2, Reading, was arrested Friday at 11:45 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as to being a habitual traffic offender and fail to stop for police.

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested Saturday at 1:05 a.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to dim headlights. Sgt. Pupolo made the arrest in Haverhill.

Shaun C. Jones, 36, 16 Hubbard Road, Berwick, Maine, and John L. Pownall, 47, 501 Portland Ave., Rollingford, N.H., were arrested Saturday at 7:53 p.m. and charged with previous warrants. Jones was also charged with being a fugitive from justice. Trooper Smith made the arrests in Amesbury.

Michael A. Mastroangelo, 33, 102 Forest Road, Salisbury, was arrested Sunday at 12:10 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Trooper Smith made the arrest in Georgetown.

Keith S. Ultrino, 21, 11 Colchester St., Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 12:45 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Trooper Cormier made the arrest in Amesbury.
