The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Glauciane H. Bergamin, 31, 236 Low St., No. 10, Newburyport, was arrested Monday at 7:11 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a lights violation and possession of a class B substance. Officers John Gavin and Joshua Tierney made the arrest on High Street.

Elora L. Brockelbank, 30, 12 Woodman Way, No. 7, Newburyport, was arrested Wednesday at 9:58 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Charles Vorderis made the arrest on Storey Avenue.


The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Jeffrey Owen, 65, 215 East Main St., East Hampstead, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 6 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Steven Ringuette made the arrest on East Main Street.


The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Colin Michael Navarro, 25, 6 Sullivan Drive, Newburyport, was arrested Monday at 10:20 p.m. and charged with two previous warrants. Officers Richard Dellaria, Bruce Dow and Michael Tullercash made the arrest on Elm Street.


The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Anthony Whitcomb, 38, 11 Frederick Ave., Methuen, was arrested Monday at 10:19 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated. Officers Kevin Gelineau and Sgt. David Buccheri made the arrest on Route 1.


The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Emmanuel Cesar, 44, 40 Kendrick St., third floor, Lawrence, was issued a summons Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and attaching plates. Trooper DePena issued the summons in Haverhill.
