NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Katie E. Phillips, 36, 14 Woodman Way, No. 24, Newburyport, was issued a summons Wednesday at 1:16 p.m. on charges of larceny of a check, larceny by check over $250, forgery of check and utter false check. Officer Robert Vatcher issued the summons on Perry Way.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Nicole M. Bennett, 31, 90 High St., No. 1, Amesbury, was arrested Wednesday at 7:03 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant for class A possession. Officer Thomas Nichols and Sgt. David Noyes made the arrest on High Street.

Maximiliano Santos, 27, 29 Senee Court, Amesbury, was arrested Wednesday at 8:06 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and intimidating a witness. Officer Kevin Mulrenin and Sgt. Noyes made the arrest on Senee Court.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Bruce Montross, 25, 145 Beach Road, Salisbury, was arrested Wednesday at 4:04 p.m. and charged with two previous warrants. Officer Patrick Szymkowski and Sgt. Eugene Scione made the arrest on Northend Boulevard.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Thomas M. Randall, 27, 17 Worthley Ave., Apt. O, Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 1:36 p.m. and charged with two counts of theft by deception. Officer Frank Brown Jr. made the arrest at the Liberty Lane station.

Derek Scott Moaratty, 33, 166 Newburyport Turnpike, No. 2, Newbury, was arrested Wednesday at 2:33 p.m. and charged with shoplifting and a bench warrant. Sgt. Brett Walker and Lt. John Wasson made the arrest on Route 1.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

James Lawson, 36, 46 Portland St., Haverhill was issued a summons Wednesday at 5:15 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Robert Coppola issued the summons on Broad Street
