The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

William Jose Barbosa, 31, 10 Jefferson St., Worcester, was issued a summons Wednesday at 10:18 a.m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Trooper O’Neill issued the summons in Amesbury.

Terry Adams, 31, 22 Macy Road, No. 3, Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons Wednesday at 1:40 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding. Trooper Risteen issued the summons in Haverhill.
