Alexander Thompson, 27, 232 Rivelet St., Uxbridge; refusing to produce ID to Liquor Commission personnel; resisting arrest; admission to facts, victim-witness fund (VWF), $50, costs, $500 (Salisbury).

Garnett Hayes, 24, 50 Jimber Lane, Topsfield; operating under the influence of alcohol, speeding, continued without finding for one year, alcohol safety program; 45 day loss of license, OUI, $250, head-injury fund, $250; VWF, $50; OUI-victim fund, $50 (Rowley).

Howard Weikle III, 31, 112 Elm St., Amesbury; operating with suspended license, uninsured vehicle, plate violation, admission to facts, continued without finding for three months; costs, $200, VWF, $50 (Merrimac).

Ryan Dow, 27, 51A Worthley Ave., Seabrook; larceny over $250, destruction of property, trespass; guilty plea, probation until Dec. 8, 2014, restitution, $1,000, costs, $200, VWF, $50 (Salisbury).

Patrick Doherty, 31, 3 Sawyer Lane, Seabrook; operating under the influence of alcohol, second offense, open container, jury trial, guilty verdict, six months in house of correction, suspended for two years; two-year loss of license, Head Injury Fund, $250, VWF, $50 (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trial was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, Jan. 10, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Peter Serrano, 34, of 790 Main St., Apt. 2, Haverhill; conspiracy to violate drug law (three counts), dismissed; distributing a Class B drug, subsequent offense (four counts), dismissed; possession of a Class A drug, dismissed (Merrimac).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trial was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, Jan. 10, with Judge Mary McCabe presiding:

Ronald Tattersall, 53, of 128 Leslie Road, Rowley; operating under the influence of drugs, continued without finding for 18 months, 45-day loss of license, must attend alcohol safety awareness program and sign waiver for release of records, $250 OUI fee, $250 Head Injury assessment, $50 VWF; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without finding for 18 months, must complete State Courts Against Road Rage program and the half day Brains at Risk program, $250 Head Injury assessment; marked lanes violation, responsible; possession of a Class B drug, continued without finding for 18 months (Rowley).
