AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Frank M. Cloyd IV, 25, 1 Arlington St., No. 14, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 11:31 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Jason Kooken, David Clark and Sgt. William Scholtz made the arrest on Arlington Street.

Rosevelt Jacobi Brooks, 27, 25 Graves Ave., Lynn, was issued a summons Sunday at 2:15 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officer David Noyes issued the summons on Collins Street.

Shelley Fajardo, 22, 115 Hancock St., Lawrence, was arrested Sunday at 11:12 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officers Steven Reed and Craig Lesage made the arrest on Interstate 495 south.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Daniel Doore, 26, 9 Clayton Ave., Methuen, was issued a summons Sunday at 5:10 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officer Michael Tullercash and Sgt. Eugene Scione issued the summons on the Driftway.

Wendy I. Ayala, 41, 34 Main St., Salisbury, was arrested Sunday at 5:35 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Scione and James Leavitt made the arrest on Main Street.

Delores D. Pearson, 24, 151 Robeson St., No. 2, Fall River, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:55 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and leaving scene of property damage. Officer Leavitt issued the summons on Broadway.

Lawrence J. Quinn III, 21, 491 Hillside Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 1:23 a.m. on charges of possession of a class C substance and a lights violation. Officers Richard Dellaria and Patrick Szymkowski issued the summons on Northend Blvd.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Sabi-Lee Lynn Donohue, 26, 20A Walton Road, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 6:42 p.m. and charged with two previous warrants. Officers Ryan Kane and Keith Dietenhofer made the arrest on Blacksnake Road.
