NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trial was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, March 5, with Judge Allen Swan presiding:

Reggie Terres, 32, 104 Center St., Apt. 1, Methuen; driving after license suspension (subsequent offense), guilty, one year in the house of correction, committed; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Judge Peter Doyle presided over following the jury-waived trials:

Kristin Plansky, 43, 9 Western Ave., Wakefiled; driving after registration suspension, pretrial probation for three months, $50 VWF; uninsured vehicle, pretrial probation for three months (Salisbury).

Rose Dore, 44, 463A New Zealand Road, Seabrook; unlicensed driving, pretrial probation for three months, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Timothy L. Cammett, 37, 9 Silver Birch Lane, Haverhill; uninsured vehicle, dismissed; unregistered vehicle, not responsible (West Newbury).

Michael Lisieski, 26, 26 Norfolk Road, Arlington; driving after license suspension, pretrial probation for two months, $50 VWF; uninsured vehicle, pretrial probation for two months (Newburyport).

Jeffrey L. Johnston, 50, 49 Walnut Road, Derry, N.H.; driving after license suspension, pretrial probation for three months, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

John W. Yuskus Jr., 53, 49 Phillipswood Drive, Sanborn, N.H.; driving after license suspension, pretrial probation for three months, $50 VWF (West Newbury).
