Evening of fun benefits Pine Grove School camp trip

Pine Grove School is holding an inaugural School Social — an evening of food, music and spirits — on Saturday, March 15 from 6 to 11 p.m. at the Governor’s Academy in Byfield. The evening is a collaboration between the school’s PTA and Rowley Public Education Fund, who have come together to help raise funds for next year’s fifth grade trip to the Ferry Beach Ecology School in Maine. Proceeds from the evening’s activities will go towards reducing the cost of the trip for all students.

The School Social night includes a silent auction from 6 to 9 p.m., followed by a live auction at 9:15 p.m., and raffle drawing at 9:45 p.m. Music by DJ J&C Entertainment will add to the festivities, which also includes a cash bar and light hors d’oeuvres. Tickets can be ordered at www.pinegroveschoolptablogspot.com and are $15 each, or two for $25. All are welcome to attend this event.
