NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, March 7, with Judge Mary McCabe presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Stephanie A. Ezaty, 27, 106 Whitehall Road, No. 3, Amesbury; unlicensed driving, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for six months, $50 Victim/Witness Fund (VWF) assessment; unregistered vehicle, dismissed; driving after registration suspension, dismissed (Amesbury).

Kyle S. Bell, 22, 88 Kimball Road, Amesbury; two counts of selling/delivering alcohol to a person under the age of 21, both counts were continued without finding, with six months probation conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free and completing the half-day Brains At Risk program, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

John Ferreira, 49, 31 Basin Road, Newburyport; leaving the scene of property damage, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completing the Office of Community Corrections level three program, remaining drug and alcohol free, attending three AA meetings a week and maintaining therapy, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Michael R. Crisham, 58, 8 Richard St., Hampton, N.H.; unlicensed driving, guilty, $100 fine; driver refusing to identify self, guilty, $100 fine; state highway violation, not responsible (Salisbury).

Christina M. Bianchi, 30, 2 Chestnut St., North Reading; possession of class A drugs, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free; four counts of possession of class E drugs, not prosecuted (discontinued) (Newburyport).

Patricia Motta, 45, 132 Range Road, Pelham; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of the alcohol safety awareness program, 60-day loss of license, $50 Victim/Witness Fund assessment, $250 Operating Under Intoxication Fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Monday, March 10, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Allen Swan presiding:

Timothy B. Fairweather, 39, 125 Main St., No. 205, Amesbury; domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, one year pretrial probation, no avoidable contact with victim, sentences to run concurrently (Amesbury).
