The Newburyport District Court log in Monday’s edition contained an error. The correct log item is as follows:

John G. Buzzell, 47, 3 Fernwood Road, Newton, N.H.; indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, guilty, two years house of correction, sentence suspended three years while on probation, must be on GPS monitoring system, stay away and have no contact with victim or victim’s family, must register as a sex offender and undergo counseling, no unsupervised contact with unrelated children under agreed upon age, must not visit social media sites, $90 Victim-Witness Fund (VWF) (West Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trial was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, March 12, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Christine K. Maguire, 23, 243 Main St., Apt. 3, Amesbury; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for three months, $50 Victim-Witness Fund (VWF); driving after registration suspension, not responsible (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, March 13, with Judge Mary McCabe presiding:

Jack F. Hill, 64, 308 Temple St., Newburyport; breaking and entering for a misdemeanor, pretrial probation for six months; trespass, guilty, $100 fine (Newburyport).

Steven Comacchio, 34, 164 Whitehall Road, Building 1, No. 29, Amesbury; driving after license suspension, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Shailyn Harrington, 22, 12 Woodman Way, Apt. 12, Newburyport; larceny of merchandise worth less than $250, guilty, two years probation conditioned upon completion of the six-month program at the Maris Center and remaining drug and alcohol free and the payment of restitution for an amount to be determined; larceny of merchandise worth more than $250, two years probation with the same conditions as the imposed for the first charge (Newburyport).

Jane A. Desantis, 50, 104 Bachelor St., West Newbury; uninsured vehicle, dismissed with court costs of $50; driving after registration suspension, dismissed; no inspection sticker, not responsible (West Newbury).

Kimberly McElfresh, 57, 5 Nobhill Circle, Andover; unlicensed driving, dismissed; speeding, not responsible (Newburyport).
