NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Evelyn Beausoleil, 56, 5 High St., Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 9:49 p.m. and charged with assault and battery and disorderly conduct. Officers Eric Marshall and Shawn Eaton made the arrest at Anna Jaques Hospital, Highland Avenue.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:

Tony Ruggiero, 41, 571 Lowell St., Peabody, was arrested Saturday at 10:25 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officer Stephen Smith made the arrest on Route 1.

Richard Scott Smith, 50, 5 Conant St., rear, Beverly, was arrested Monday at 5:10 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Sgt. Stephen Jenkins made the arrest following a motor vehicle accident on Route 1.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Meghan L. Souther, 28, 2A Smalls Ave., Seabrook, was arrested Monday at 7:57 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license. Lt. John Wasson made the arrest on Walton Road.

Erica R. Miller, 32, 4 Elephant Rock Road, Seabrook, was arrested Monday at 1:49 p.m. and charged with driving after revocation or suspension. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

Jose L. Orozco-Sanchez, 51, 244 Walton Road, Apt. O, Seabrook, was arrested Monday at 4:41 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officers Mounsey and Frank Brown Jr. made the arrest at Market Basket north, Route 1.

Brandon David Simmons, 26, 51 Causeway St., Seabrook, was arrested Tuesday at 12:18 a.m. and charged with prowling, disorderly conduct and possessing burglary tools. Officers Justin Murphy and Chester Felch made the arrest at Irving Gas, Route 1.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:

Jason Phillip Cobble, 41, 15 Church St., Rowley, was arrested Thursday at 4:30 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and leaving scene after property damage. The arrest was made following a motor vehicle accident on Main Street.
