NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, March 19, with Judge Allen Swan presiding:

Shawn P. Simmonds, 46, 74 Ayers Village, No. 2, Methuen; leaving the scene of property damage, guilty, six months in the house of correction, suspended with one year probation conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free, $50 Victim/Witness Fund (VWF) and payment of restitution in an amount to be determined; driving after license revocation, guilty, filed (Haverhill).

Michael Anthony Husson, 44, 19 Woodford St., No. 2, Worcester; driving after license suspension (subsequent offense), guilty, one year in the house of correction, suspended with two years probation, $50 VWF; license not in possession, not responsible; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible, filed (State Police).

Olga Albert, 47, 60 Emmett St., Lawrence; assault and battery, continued for one year conditioned upon having no contact with and staying away from the victim; malicious destruction of property worth more than $250, continued for one year conditioned upon having no contact with and staying away from the victim (Salisbury).

Melissa White, 35, 331 Main St., Plaistow, N.H.; two counts of forgery of a check, guilty on both counts, for each count, six months in the house of correction, suspended with two years probation conditioned upon staying away from the victim, remaining drug and alcohol free, attending three AA or NA meetings a week and submitting to a substance abuse evaluation, $90 VWF and payment of restitution for an amount to be determined; two counts of uttering false checks, guilty on both counts and for each count two years probation with the same conditions as the prior sentence (Newburyport).

Bruce Montross, 25, 145 Beach Road, Salisbury; threat to commit crime, guilty, one year probation conditioned upon staying away from and having no contact with the victim, $50 VWF (Salisbury); driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for three months and told not to drive until properly licensed, $100 court costs, $50 VWF (Newburyport).
