Police Logs

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Montai Smith, 27, 20 Cutler Ave., Hampton, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 11:53 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Justin Murphy made the arrest at Hampton District Court in Seabrook.

Joel Madore, 42, 125 South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 7:40 p.m. and charged with shoplifting and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officer David Hersey made the arrest at Walmart, Route 1.

Dennis W. Perkins, 34, 152 Ocean Drive, Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 8:03 p.m. and charged with attempt to commit burglary. Officer Murphy made the arrest on Portsmouth Avenue.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Cody Hillner, 18, 169 School St., Groveland, was issued a summons Wednesday at 7:18 p.m. on charges of no front license plate and operating after suspension. The summons was issued on Main Street.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Rory D. Gagne, 28, 39 Allenclair Drive, Amesbury, was arrested Wednesday at 9:29 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant and being a fugitive from justice. Trooper Lione made the arrest and transported the suspect to the Amesbury police station on School Street.
