NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trial was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, March 26, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Rosa Medeiros, 48, 15/17 Rabbit Road, Salisbury; driving after license suspension, pretrial probation for two months; vehicle lights violation, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Judge Allen Swan presided over the following jury-waived trial:

Logan Smith, 18 1 Rose Ave., Haverhill; malicious destruction of property worth more than $250, continued without finding and probation for six months conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free, staying away from the victim’s property, undergoing a court clinic evaluation for substance abuse and complying with recommendation, $50 Victim/Witness Fund (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, March 27, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Randy O. Reynolds, 49, Middleton jail, Middleton; being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, dismissed, the defendant was picked up by law enforcement authorities from Tennessee (Newburyport).

Ian Stanton, 34, 66 Main St., West Newbury; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a shod foot), dismissed without prejudice (Newburyport).
