Parent Recharge starting today in Seabrook

SEABROOK — Starting today, parents are invited to kick back and relax at Parent Recharge, a free, eight-week program at Trinity United Church Parish House across from Town Hall, at the corner of Route 1 and Folly Mill Road.

Parent Recharge meets on Tuesdays from 9:30 to 11 a.m. through May 21. The program includes relaxing activities, and provides free child care for those who sign up in advance.

Facilitated by MJ Keane, Parent Recharge is offered by Families First Health and Support Center, the community health and family resource center in Portsmouth. The program is made possible through funding from Walmart in Seabrook and Seabrook Sam’s Club.

To register, call 603-422-8208 (press 2), or sign up online at www.FamiliesFirstSeacoast.org/programs.cfm.

Families First also offers many parenting and family programs, as well as affordable medical and dental care. For more information, or to sign up for e-mailed program listings each month, visit www.FamiliesFirstSeacoast.org.
