AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Derek Lee Maurais, 24, 102 Whitehall Road, Apt. 4/7, Amesbury, was arrested Tuesday at 9:57 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Thomas Nichols, David Noyes, Kevin Mulrenin, Michael Purvis and Denis Champagne Jr. made the arrest on Whitehall Road.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Kimberly Dawn Dastur, 47, 147 Franklin St., Seabrook, was issued a summons Wednesday at 5:41 a.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Officer Patrick Szymkowski issued the summons on Pike Street.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded at the West Newbury police log:

Tim Chapman, 47, 14 Collins St., Salisbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 12:52 a.m. on charges of attaching plates and operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Danielle Burrill issued the summons on Main Street.

Courtney Mitchell, 36, 285 Center St., Groveland, was issued a summons Tuesday at 4 p.m. on charges of failure to inspect and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Burrill issued the summons on Main Street.

Elias Oliviera, 31, 98 Larch St., Clinton, was issued a summons Tuesday at 6:55 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Also issued a summons was Valdumiro Dasilva, 49, 9 Clinton St., Woburn, on a charge of allowing unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Eric Forni, Barry Coker and Burrill issued the summonses after a traffic stop on Main Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Karen M. Carter, 57, 595 Salem St., North Andover, was arrested Wednesday at 10:06 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding and operating a motor vehicle negligently to endanger. Chief Robert Kirmelewicz made the arrest on Gardner Street.

Kellen Ball, 19, 6 Bulls Eye Road, Ipswich, was issued a summons Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle without being licensed and operating a motor vehicle without a license in possession. Officer Heather Riley issued the summons on School Street.
