The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Deborah Herrmann, 44, 35 Whittier Road, Haverhill, was issued a summons Wednesday at 12:20 a.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Jeffrey Boisvert issued the summons on East Main Street.

GEORGETOWN

The following item was recorded in the Georgetown police log:

Edward Santry, 22, 414 Andover St., Georgetown, was arrested Tuesday at 5:43 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon. Officer Michael Goddu made the arrest at the police station.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

John Costanzo, 49, 53 New Rochester Road, Dover, N.H., was issued a summons Tuesday at 4:13 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Trooper Katasarakes issued the summons in Newburyport.

Victor Deleon, 29, 17 Valley Road, Lynn, was issued a summons Tuesday at 11 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Trooper Lione issued the summons in Boxford.
