The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Robert G. Grusheski Jr., 46, 38 Bayview Terrace, No. 4, Danvers, was arrested Saturday at 12:32 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and marked lanes. Officers Raymond Landry and Steven Reed made the arrest on Haverhill Road.

Thomas E. Moore, 59, 223 Main St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 6:08 p.m. on a charge of criminal harassment. Officers Jason Kooken and Craig Lesage issued the summons on Main Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

James Price, 18, 7 Cottage Way, Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 10:06 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a number plate violation, two warrants and a civil marijuana possession charge. Officers Richard Dellaria, Mark Thomas and Keith Forget made the arrest on High Street.

Edwin Travers, 49, 211 Beach Road, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 3:32 p.m. and charged with daytime breaking and entering of a building for a felony while placing person in fear and larceny under $250. Officer Forget and Sgt. Timothy Hunter made the arrest on Northend Boulevard.

Joshua R. Dellert, 23, 17 Wortherly Ave., Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 3:50 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Dellaria made the arrest on Beach Road.

Brian M. Barry, 44, 99 Blaisdell St., Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 5:18 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as to being a habitual traffic offender, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license (11th offense) and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. At the same time, police issued summonses to Chelsea Mambuca, 24, 8A Locust St., Salisbury; and Timothy James Cook-Barry, 23, 3A Taft St., Salisbury. Mambuca was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Cook-Barry was charged with allowing improper use of a motor vehicle. Officers Dellaria and Luis Valdez made the arrest on Beach Road.

Danielle Malasco, 27, 49 Main St., Salisbury, was issued a summons on Saturday at 9:08 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officers Dellaria and Hunter issued the summons on Main Street.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Marlin Fogg, 30, 15 G St., Hampton, N.H., was arrested Friday at 1:45 p.m. and charged with attempt to commit theft by unauthorized taking and theft by unauthorized taking. Officer Adam Laurent made the arrest on G. Street.

Cynthia F. Hosman, 48, 657 Lowell St., Peabody, was arrested Friday at 6:11 p.m. and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. Officers David Hersey and Frank Brown Jr. made the arrest following a motor vehicle accident on Batchelder Road.

Dana Abrahams, 50, Ashworth Avenue, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 12:20 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Ryan Kane made the arrest on Route 1.

Angela Jean Duquette, 38, 104 Centennial Drive, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 7:40 a.m. and charged with negligent driving. Officer John Mounsey and Detective Brett Walker made the arrest following a motor vehicle accident on Centennial Drive near the fire station.

France Stone, 56, 24 Batchelder Road, Apt. 10-D, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 2:42 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated (subsequent offense) and driving after revocation or suspension. Officers Mounsey and Walker made the arrest on Route 1.

Jesse Stuart Gertsman, 30, 18 Fruit St., No. 4, Newburyport, was arrested Sunday at 1:19 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation or suspension. Officer Ryan Kane made the arrest on Ocean Boulevard.

MERRIMAC

The following items were recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Stephen Todd, 35, 8 Foster Court, Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 12:06 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and marked lanes. Officer Steven Ringuette made the arrest in Merrimac Square.

Jennifer Sevigny, 44, 25 Church St., Merrimac, was issued a summons Saturday at 9:03 a.m. on a charge of misdemeanor breaking and entering. Officer Jeffrey Bosivert issued the summons on West Main Street.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Julia Conover, 44, 464 Main St., West Newbury, was issued a summons Friday at 8:40 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with an expired license. Officer Richard M. Merrill Jr. issued the summons on Main Street.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

A 16-year-old juvenile was issued a summons Friday at 4:14 p.m. on charges of malicious destruction of property less than $250 and person under 21 in possession of alcohol (subsequent offense). Officers Gregg Frappier and Michael Croteau issued the summons on Silver Ledge Road.

GEORGERTOWN

The following item was recorded at the Georgetown police log:

Laurie Ellen Chambers, 41, 5 Conduit St., Lawrence, was arrested Friday at 12:21 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant and no inspection sticker. Sgt. Scott Hatch made the arrest on Andover Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Tiesha A. Gonzalez, 31, 351 Essex St., Apt. 6A, Lawrence, was arrested Friday at 1:45 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Trooper Caranfa made the arrest in Haverhill.

Eric John Marcello, 29, 635 Lowell St., Methuen, was issued a summons Friday at 10:20 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Hickey issued the summons in Haverhill.

Oscar A. Gervacio, 22, 21 Wendell St., third floor, Lawrence, was issued a summons Saturday at 6:04 a.m. on charges of marked lanes and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Flanagan issued the summons in Haverhill.

Judith M. McCarthy-Wilks, 49, 2 Macy Terrace, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 4:02 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense) and child endangerment while operating a motor vehicle under the influence. Trooper Lavita made the arrest in Haverhill. According to police, several motorists noticed McCarthy-Wilks driving slowly on Interstate 495 in Haverhill, almost striking multiple cars while near Exit 50 in Haverhill.

Keith A. Seavey, 54, 142 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen, was arrested Saturday at 7:47 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, fail to signal and marked lanes. Trooper Wilson made the arrest in Haverhill.
