Jennifer Sevigny, 44, 25 Church St., Merrimac, was issued a summons Saturday at 9:03 a.m. on a charge of misdemeanor breaking and entering. Officer Jeffrey Bosivert issued the summons on West Main Street.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Julia Conover, 44, 464 Main St., West Newbury, was issued a summons Friday at 8:40 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with an expired license. Officer Richard M. Merrill Jr. issued the summons on Main Street.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

A 16-year-old juvenile was issued a summons Friday at 4:14 p.m. on charges of malicious destruction of property less than $250 and person under 21 in possession of alcohol (subsequent offense). Officers Gregg Frappier and Michael Croteau issued the summons on Silver Ledge Road.

GEORGERTOWN

The following item was recorded at the Georgetown police log:

Laurie Ellen Chambers, 41, 5 Conduit St., Lawrence, was arrested Friday at 12:21 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant and no inspection sticker. Sgt. Scott Hatch made the arrest on Andover Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Tiesha A. Gonzalez, 31, 351 Essex St., Apt. 6A, Lawrence, was arrested Friday at 1:45 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Trooper Caranfa made the arrest in Haverhill.

Eric John Marcello, 29, 635 Lowell St., Methuen, was issued a summons Friday at 10:20 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Hickey issued the summons in Haverhill.

Oscar A. Gervacio, 22, 21 Wendell St., third floor, Lawrence, was issued a summons Saturday at 6:04 a.m. on charges of marked lanes and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Flanagan issued the summons in Haverhill.

Judith M. McCarthy-Wilks, 49, 2 Macy Terrace, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 4:02 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense) and child endangerment while operating a motor vehicle under the influence. Trooper Lavita made the arrest in Haverhill. According to police, several motorists noticed McCarthy-Wilks driving slowly on Interstate 495 in Haverhill, almost striking multiple cars while near Exit 50 in Haverhill.

Keith A. Seavey, 54, 142 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen, was arrested Saturday at 7:47 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, fail to signal and marked lanes. Trooper Wilson made the arrest in Haverhill.
