NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, Feb. 16, with Judge Michael Uhlarik presiding over the jury-waived trial.

William Burgess, 48, 30 Pinto Drive, Tewksbury; assault and battery, dismissed (Newbury).

Elaina M. Lamprey, 43, 56 Mill St., Amesbury; three counts of larceny of merchandise worth more than $250, all three charges were dismissed without prejudice (Salisbury).
