SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division on Wednesday, March 28, 2012, with Judge James Patten presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Haley M. Byra, 18, 417 Railroad Ave., Salisbury; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs (marijuana), guilty, 90 days in the house of correction, suspended conditioned upon one year's good behavior, $584 fine with $150 suspended (Seabrook).

Darren K. Kendrick, 26, 4 Tyler Ave, No. 3, Haverhill; simple assault, guilty, 180 days in the house of correction, suspended conditioned upon one year's good behavior and having no contact with the victim (Seabrook).

Brett S. Emery, 42, 19 Kelly Road, Salem, Mass.; driving while intoxicated, nol prossed (discontinued); reckless driving, guilty, $620 fine and 60-day loss of license (Seabrook).

Charles J. Penniman, 55, 10 Red Penniman Drive, Salisbury; driving while intoxicated, nol prossed (discontinued); reckless driving, guilty, 60-day loss of license, $620 fine, plus the payment of $26.82 restitution (Seabrook).

Thomas M. Randall, 25, 17 Worthley Ave., Seabrook; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs (clonazepam), guilty, six months in the house of corrections and $350 fine, both suspended conditioned upon two years' good behavior; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs (crack cocaine), nol prossed (discontinued); possession of controlled/narcotic drugs (cocaine), nol prossed (discontinued) (Seabrook).

Vicki Knowles, 29, 24 Boa Lane, Seabrook; theft (shoplifting), guilty, six months in the house of corrections, suspended conditioned upon two years' good behavior and one year's probation (Seabrook).

SEABROOK: The following case was recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division on Thursday, March 29, 2012, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trial.

Maureen F. Cox, 49, 19 Addler Lane, Seabrook; driving while intoxicated (subsequent offense), guilty, 180 days in the house of correction, 170 days suspended with the remaining 10 to be served consecutively within the next 21 days at a Multiple DWI Offender Intervention Detention Center and to include the completion of the seven-day multiple offender program, $2,248 fine, with $1,000 suspended, three-year license revocation, to be followed by the use of an interlock device on the defendant's vehicle for 18 months, all suspended portions of the sentence are conditioned upon two years' good behavior; possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, guilty, $150 fine, suspended; aggravated driving while intoxicated, nol prossed (discontinued), driving while intoxicated, nol prossed (discontinued) (State Police).
