Police logs


The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Kylie Grelle, 19, 231 Northend Blvd., Apt. C, Salisbury; Emmanuel Paraskoulakis, 25, 36 Market St., No. 5, Newburyport; and Cameron Burke, 20, no fixed address, Salisbury; were arrested Friday and charged with possession of a class A substance. Officers John Schmidt, Megan Muldowney and Detective Charles Eaton made the arrests outside on Low Street.


The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Luis R. Pechner, 22, 157 Conant St., Revere; and Carly Elizabeth Robinson, 19, 394 Main St., Amesbury; were arrested Saturday at 11:58 p.m. and charged with possession of a class E substance. Pechner was also charged with possession of a class A substance and class E possession with intent to distribute. Officers Ronald Guilmette, Steven Reed, Craig Lesage and Charles Sciacca made the arrests after responding to a suspicious activity call outside The Barn on Ring Street.


The following items were recorded at the State Police barracks in Newbury:

Kacey L. Kilbride, 26, 25 Mammoth Road, Hookset, N.H. was arrested Friday at 5:15 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Trooper Heaphy made the arrest in Salisbury.

Craig M. Mulvey, 32, 108 Spring St., Newport, R.I. was issued a summons Friday at 10:15 p.m. on charges of speeding, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and violating an abuse prevention order. Trooper Harris issued the summons in Newburyport.

Melanie R. Cannon, 22, 117 West Main St., Georgetown, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:47 a.m. on charges of no inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Cormier issued the summons in Georgetown.


The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Glenn P. Pike, 56, 137 Wilson Ave., Spencer, was issued a summons Friday at 4:03 p.m. on charges of attaching plates to a motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officer Richard Dellaria issued the summons on Pike Street.
