The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Bradford Gagnon, 46, 37 Glenn Forest Drive, Boxford, was arrested Monday at 10:02 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Ronald Senter and Megan Muldowney made the arrest on Old Point Road.

Stephen Gaudreau, 51, 158 Merrimac St., No. 3, Newburyport, was issued a summons Monday at 12:18 a.m. on charges of using a false/stolen RMV document and motor vehicle not meeting RMV standards. Officer Muldowney issued the summons on Merrimac Street.

A 16-year-old juvenile was issued a summons Monday at 12:29 p.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct. Officer Whitney issued the summons at the Green Street police station.


The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

David J. Hill Jr., 50, 69 Beach Ave., Lancaster, was issued a summons Sunday at 7:13 p.m. on charges of leaving the scene after property damage, improper turn and marked lanes. Officer Craig Lesage issued the summons on Rocky Hill Road.

Michael Burney, 28, 20 Adder Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Monday at 1:51 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant and disorderly conduct. Officer Lesage issued the summons on Main Street.


The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Sequonie Suarez, 22, 110 Lafayette Road, No. 3, Salisbury, was arrested Sunday at 10:14 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a previous warrant and intimidate a witness. Officers James Leavitt, Christopher Thurlow and Michael Tullercash made the arrest at the Lafayette Inn, Route 1.


The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Jason S. Lavallee, 33, 93 Liberty St., Middleton, was arrested Sunday at 4:07 p.m. and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, disobeying an officer (two counts), receiving stolen property and driving after revocation or suspension. Officers Michael Cawley and Patrick Smart made the arrest at Walmart, Route 1.
