---- — NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, Sept. 27, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Rodolfo Reynoso, 21, 164 Whitehall Road, Apt. 28, Amesbury; unlicensed driving, pretrial probation for one year, $50 Victim-Witness Fund (VWF); marked lanes violation, responsible, $100 fine (Merrimac).

Anthony Smith, 31, 131 Elm St., Salisbury; failure to provide a sample for the DNA database, dismissed (State Police).

Hannah T. Blemker, 26, 65 State St., Newburyport; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V; $250 HIF (Newburyport).

Jeremy Boisvert, 39, 5 Whiskers Lane, Litchfield, Conn.; unlicensed driving, pretrial probation for two months, $50 VWF; speeding, responsible, $100 assessment; unregistered vehicle, responsible, filed (State Police).

Michael P. Harkness, 47, 53 Friend St., Apt. 301, Amesbury; violation of an abuse prevention order, guilty, one year probation conditioned upon compliance with the restraining order and remaining drug and alcohol free, $50 VWF, $25 Batterer's fee; malicious destruction of property worth more than $250, guilty, $50 VWF and payment of restitution in an amount to be determined; threat to commit crime, guilty, one year probation with previously stated conditions; felony breaking and entering at night, guilty, one year probation with previously stated conditions, $50 VWF; malicious destruction of property, guilty, one year probation with previously stated conditions; carrying a dangerous weapon (a 6-inch buck knife), guilty, one year probation with previously stated conditions, $90 VWF (Salisbury).

Luis R. Cotto, 47, 64 Railroad St., Lawrence; failure to appear for jury duty, dismissed (Office of the Jury Commissioner).

Eldon Richard Colby, 50, 27 Hersey Lane, Newmarket, N.H.; receiving stolen property, guilty, six months in the house of correction, committed, $90 VWF (Salisbury).

Daniel Leblanc, 51, 110 West Broadway, Derry, N.H.; larceny over $500 by false pretense, guilty, restitution of $500, VWF, $90 (Amesbury).

Kim Lewis, 42, 35 Buttonwood Drive, Amesbury; assault and battery, pretrial probation, no abuse of victim (Amesbury).

Stephen Lewis, 53, 2 Lantern Lane, Georgetown; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), 90-day loss of license, Head-Injury Fund $250, OUI fund $250, VWF $50, OUI-victim $50, mandatory alcohol education program (Newburyport).

Race Trever, 25, 4 Milk St., Newburyport; operating with suspended license, pretrial probation for four months, VWF $50 (Newbury).

Ryan Lachapelle, 29, 5 Olive St., Newburyport; breaking and entering, disorderly conduct, amended to larceny under $250, continued without finding for six months, VWF $50, 20 hours of community service (Salisbury).

Michael Pearson, 61, 24 Atlantic Ave., Salisbury; operating uninsured motor vehicle, operating with suspended registration, failure to register as a sex offender, probation for two years, VWF $140, (Salisbury).

Jamison Fortin, 37, 120 Lower Collins St., Seabrook; operating with suspended license, registration not in possession, four days in house of correction deemed served, continued without finding for six months, costs $200, VWF $50, not to drive without proper license (Salisbury).

Judge Mary McCabe presided over the following jury-waived trial:

Timothy Perry, 25, 72 Main St., Byfield; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, guilty, one year in house of correction, 63 days seemed served, balance of sentence to be suspended for two years, VWF $90, batterer’s fee $350, no abuse of victim (Newbury).
