Kim Lewis, 42, 35 Buttonwood Drive, Amesbury; assault and battery, pretrial probation, no abuse of victim (Amesbury).

Stephen Lewis, 53, 2 Lantern Lane, Georgetown; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), 90-day loss of license, Head-Injury Fund $250, OUI fund $250, VWF $50, OUI-victim $50, mandatory alcohol education program (Newburyport).

Race Trever, 25, 4 Milk St., Newburyport; operating with suspended license, pretrial probation for four months, VWF $50 (Newbury).

Ryan Lachapelle, 29, 5 Olive St., Newburyport; breaking and entering, disorderly conduct, amended to larceny under $250, continued without finding for six months, VWF $50, 20 hours of community service (Salisbury).

Michael Pearson, 61, 24 Atlantic Ave., Salisbury; operating uninsured motor vehicle, operating with suspended registration, failure to register as a sex offender, probation for two years, VWF $140, (Salisbury).

Jamison Fortin, 37, 120 Lower Collins St., Seabrook; operating with suspended license, registration not in possession, four days in house of correction deemed served, continued without finding for six months, costs $200, VWF $50, not to drive without proper license (Salisbury).

Judge Mary McCabe presided over the following jury-waived trial:

Timothy Perry, 25, 72 Main St., Byfield; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, guilty, one year in house of correction, 63 days seemed served, balance of sentence to be suspended for two years, VWF $90, batterer’s fee $350, no abuse of victim (Newbury).
