New Testament sermon series at Rock Church Amesbury

Rock Church Amesbury is conducting an in-depth study and sermon series on The New Testament. Each week the sermon focuses on a different section of The New Testament. There is a corresponding reading plan that can be found on the website, rock-church.org. The church also offers various life groups to dig deeper into the weekly topic and readings. Check the website for details on dates, locations and times for the Life Groups.

Sunday Services are at 9:30 a.m. featuring a contemporary praise team. The church is located at 146 Main St., Amesbury.

Prayer is topic at Salvation Army

“Praying through the Bible” will be offered weekly at The Salvation Army.

Every Wednesday, participants will explore various forms of prayer as found in the scriptures. What is prayer? Is there a right or wrong way to pray? Share your own experiences with prayer in this open learning environment. All are welcome. Group will meet from noon to 12:45 p.m. in the chapel at The Salvation Army, 40 Water St., Newburyport.
