The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:
Brendan Hulbert, 21, 80 Whitehall Road, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 7:44 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding in violation of special regulations and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. At the same time, Ian Michael Rogers, 20, 45 Mudnock Road, Salisbury, was arrested and charged with person under 21 in possession of alcohol, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and no seat belt. Officer Patrick Szymkowski and Sgt. Eugene Scione made the arrest on Elm Street.
Meaghan Cote, 18, 108 Blacksnake Road, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 11:05 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. The arrest was made inside the Salisbury police station on Railroad Avenue.

Rosemarie McNall, 50, 320 Vane St., Revere, was issued a summons Sunday at 10:58 a.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. The summons was issued on Route 1.
The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:
Travis J. Anderson, 26, 91 Kernwood Ave., Beverly, was issued a summons Monday at 9:05 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Officer Eric Gorski issued the summons on Salem Street.
Stephen M. Valido, 60, 10 Parkhurst Drive, Hudson, N.H., was issued a summons Monday at 1:40 p.m. on charges of failure to inspect motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Detective James Morton issued the summons on School Street.

Daniel J. Sullivan, 23, 20 Rand Circle, Danvers, was issued a summons Sunday at 11:53 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Trooper Perry issued the summons in Topsfield.
