NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

John M. Harding, 51, 22 Perkins St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Monday at 6:14 p.m. on a charge of assault. Officer Richard Rocco issued the summons following an incident at Anna Jaques Hospital, Highland Avenue.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Glen Sweeney, 50, 194 Shirley Ave., No. 8, Revere, was arrested Monday at 3:19 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Daniel McNeil made the arrest on Pike Street.

Anthony Spinelli, 20, 11 Forest St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 5:18 p.m. on charges of speeding in violation of special regulations, attaching a registration plate, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officer Patrick Szymkowski issued the summons on Beach Road.

Allisson J. Willmonton, 25, 12 Cooper Pond Road, Rowley, was arrested Monday at 11:20 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle without headlights. Officer Keith Forget and Sgt. Timothy Hunter made the arrest on Elm Street.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Kenneth Duggan, 24, 32 True Road, Seabrook, was arrested Monday at 6:30 p.m. and charged with robbery and second-degree assault. Officer Keith Dietenhofer made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Adam Woytovick, 31, 5 Ford St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 12:56 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Steven Ringuette issued the summons on Interstate 495.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the log at the Newbury barracks:

Francisco J. Diaz-Moyet, 21, 15 Mechanic St., No. 3, Attleboro, was issued a summons Monday at 10:30 a.m. on charges of no inspection sticker and an equipment violation. Trooper Connolly issued the summons in Topsfield.

Julio Cesar Delafuentes, 23, 25 Central St., No. 1, Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 7:10 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and marked lanes. Trooper DePena issued the summons in Topsfield.
