NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Dennis F. Lopez, 59, 15.5 Titcomb St., No. 3, Newburyport, was arrested Wednesday at 9:23 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon. Officers Shawn Eaton, Michael Wilichoski and Sgt. William Steeves made the arrest on Titcomb Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Cynthia Stackpole, 40, 30 River Road, Andover, was arrested Wednesday at 8:15 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officers Steven Reed and Craig Lesage made the arrest on Sparkhawk Street.

Scott A. Bennett Jr., 25, 321 Great Bay Woods, Newmarket, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 11:42 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Officers Reed and Ronald Guilmette made the arrest on Congress Street.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Jacqueline M. Austin, 20, 81 High St., No. 20, Amesbury, was arrested Tuesday at 12:54 p.m. and charged with unarmed robbery. Officer Frank Brown Jr. made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

Lois M. Niemeier, 55, 16 Mechanics Row, Amesbury, was arrested Wednesday at 3:16 p.m. and charged with being a fugitive from justice. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest on Stard Road.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

Todd C. Monterio, 48, 3416 Kirkbridge Drive, Danvers, was issued a summons on Thursday at 9:20 p.m. for driving with a revoked license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle. The summons was issued following a motor vehicle stop on Haverhill Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Heather DeMille, 34, 11 Fairwood Drive, Bradford, was arrested Wednesday at 10:10 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officers Eric Gorski and Nathan Peabody made the arrest on Salem Street.
