NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Oct. 17, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Amy L. LeBlanc, 33, 203 Market St., Amesbury; driving after registration suspension, continued without finding and probation for six months and court costs of $300 and $50 to Victim-Witness Fund assessment; uninsured vehicle, continued without finding and probation for six months; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for six months; no inspection sticker, responsible, $50 fine (West Newbury).

Peter J. Mizzoni, 57, 11 Saddle Hill Road, Boxford; unlicensed driving, dismissed with court costs of $100 and $50 VWF; registration not in possession, responsible, filed; speeding, not responsible (Rowley).
