NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Papa Ibrahima Kandji, 34, 39 High St., Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 4:19 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Eric Marshall made the arrest on High Street.

Michael Pearson, 61, 24 Atlantic Ave., Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 7 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Eric Marshall made the arrest on Lois Street.

Cheryl Ann Judge, 44, 10 Concord St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Saturday at 10:03 a.m. and charged with no inspection sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer John Gavin issued the summons on Merrimac Street.

Thomas A. Cavanaugh, 77, 146 Whittier Meadows, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 12:12 p.m. and charged with violating an abuse prevention order. Inspector Michael Sugrue made the arrest on High Street.

Abigail K. Flynn, 19, 10 Robert Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:21 p.m. on a marijuana possession charge. The summons was issued by officers Michael Wilichoski and John Gavin following a motor vehicle accident on High Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Scott A. Mitchell, 28, 599 Plaines Road, Turner, Maine, was arrested Friday at 7:29 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and fail to stop/yield. Officers Raymond Landry and George Cavanaugh made the arrest on Pond Street.

Kenneth J. Coogan, 27, 104 Whitehall Road, No. 7, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 12:46 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officers Landry and Cavanaugh made the arrest on Washington Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Paris Cormier, 27, 504 Northend Blvd., No. 4, Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 4:42 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant, domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (subsequent offense). Officer Keith Forget and Sgt. Timothy Hunter made the arrest on Northern Boulevard.
