The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Papa Ibrahima Kandji, 34, 39 High St., Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 4:19 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Eric Marshall made the arrest on High Street.

Michael Pearson, 61, 24 Atlantic Ave., Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 7 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Eric Marshall made the arrest on Lois Street.

Cheryl Ann Judge, 44, 10 Concord St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Saturday at 10:03 a.m. and charged with no inspection sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer John Gavin issued the summons on Merrimac Street.

Thomas A. Cavanaugh, 77, 146 Whittier Meadows, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 12:12 p.m. and charged with violating an abuse prevention order. Inspector Michael Sugrue made the arrest on High Street.

Abigail K. Flynn, 19, 10 Robert Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:21 p.m. on a marijuana possession charge. The summons was issued by officers Michael Wilichoski and John Gavin following a motor vehicle accident on High Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Scott A. Mitchell, 28, 599 Plaines Road, Turner, Maine, was arrested Friday at 7:29 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and fail to stop/yield. Officers Raymond Landry and George Cavanaugh made the arrest on Pond Street.

Kenneth J. Coogan, 27, 104 Whitehall Road, No. 7, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 12:46 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officers Landry and Cavanaugh made the arrest on Washington Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Paris Cormier, 27, 504 Northend Blvd., No. 4, Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 4:42 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant, domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (subsequent offense). Officer Keith Forget and Sgt. Timothy Hunter made the arrest on Northern Boulevard.

Diana L. Seablom, 53, 7 57th St., Newburyport, was arrested Friday at 8:26 p.m. and charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident. Officers Richard Dellaria, Forget and Hunter made the arrest on Elm Street.

Robert J. Mendoza, 47, 40 Central Ave., No. 102, Salisbury, was arrested Sunday at 1:40 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Michael Tullercash, James Leavitt and Dellaria made the arrest on Central Avenue.

Robert D. Stone, 68, 12 Atlantic Ave., Apt. B., Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 10:41 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer James Leavitt and Sgt. Robert Roy made the arrest on Atlantic Avenue.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Brent A. Reinheimer, 42, 939 Ocean Blvd., No. 7, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Friday at 9:52 a.m. and charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested Friday at 6:03 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer David Hersey made the arrest at Walmart, Route 1.

Alan Adolfo Lopez, 23, 33 Alvin St., Hyde Park, was arrested Saturday at 12:33 a.m. and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. At the same time, Lamar Prentiss Kelly, 26, 40 Stevens St., No. 1, Springfield, and Leroy I. McNab, 25, 310 Copeland St., No. 25, Quincy, were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Officers Ryan Kane, Hersey and Chester Felch made the arrest at the Honey Pot, Route 1.

Shayna L. Silver, 19, 3 Moores Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 7:42 p.m. and charged with shoplifting, unlawful possession of alcohol and three counts of endangering welfare of child/incompetent. Officer Kevin Gelineau made the arrest at Walmart, Route 1.

Brian Foulkes, 22, 10 Baker Road, Salisbury, was arrested Sunday at 12:17 a.m. and charged with possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officer Kane made the arrest on Route 1.

Tyler Peter Attardo, 34, 17 Zimmer Road, Granby, Conn., was arrested Sunday at 1:37 a.m. and charged with driving after revocation or suspension. Officer Kane made the arrest on Route 1.

Richard Abrahams, 55, 869 Lafayette Road, No. 222, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 11:43 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Daniel Henderson made the arrest at Rockingham County Jail.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:

Diana L. Seablom, 53, 7 57th St., Newburyport, was arrested Friday at 8:51 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officer Stephen Smith made the arrest on the Plum Island Turnpike.

Sergey Onohkin, 28, 19 Windsor Lane, Epping, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 3:37 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officer Smith made the arrest on Kents Way.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

A juvenile was issued a summons Thursday at 7:43 a.m. on charges of failing to stop for police and failing to remove ice from windshield. Sgt. Jeffrey Durand and officer Michael Dwyer issued the summons on Indian Hill Street.

Glenn Palm, 42, 124 Exeter Road, Hampton Falls, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 7:11 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officer Barry Coker issued the summons at Archelaus Place.

Morgan Janvrin, 20, 60 Mill Lane, Seabrook, was issued a summons Saturday at 7:14 p.m. on charges of minor in possession of alcohol and speeding. At the same time, a juvenile was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol. Officer Coker and Sgt. Dan Cena issued the summonses on Main Street.

A 17-year-old juvenile was issued a summons Sunday at 2:11 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes and possession of a class C drug. Officer Danielle Burrill issued the summons on Bachelor Street.

Felicia LeBrun, 18, 6 Walton Road, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 3:55 p.m. and charged with receiving stolen property over $250, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Officer Danielle Burrill made the arrest on Main Street.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested Thursday at 3:18 p.m. and charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and marked lanes. The arrest was made on Wethersfield Street following a motor vehicle crash.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Michael Gillis, 37, 8 Shirley Terrace, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Monday at 11:18 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding and a previous warrant. Officer Jeffrey Boisvert made the arrest on West Main Street.

GEORGETOWN

The following item was recorded in the Georgetown police log:

Sarah Thornton, 23, 79 Sandown Road, Danville, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 2:19 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and marked lanes. Officer Adam Raymond made the arrest on West Main Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Tammy L. Pierce, 44, 7 Adams Court, Amesbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 3:45 p.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Detective James Morton issued the summons on Salem Street.

Michael Richard Lawlor, 30, 25 Townhill Road, Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 11:58 a.m. and charged with three previous warrants. Officers Bret Moyer and Heather Riley made the arrest on Matthew Drive.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Cirilo Santo Infante-Nunez, 45, 14 Grove St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 1:10 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to use care in starting, stopping, turning or backing. Trooper Schumaker issued the summons in Haverhill.
