Felicia LeBrun, 18, 6 Walton Road, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 3:55 p.m. and charged with receiving stolen property over $250, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
