Curbside leaf collection dates set

AMESBURY — As spring arrives, homeowners cleaning up their yards and gardens should note that curbside bagged leaf and yard waste collection will be held on Saturday, April 26, and Saturday, May 17.

Amesbury’s compost site is also now open Thursdays through Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m.

To use the compost site, residents must register at the DPW Office at 39 South Hunt Road.

They must show a vehicle registration and pay $15 for the annual sticker.
