AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Emmalina A. Rodriguez, 23, 164 Whitehall Road, B2A1, Amesbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:53 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding. Officer Jonathan Morrill issued the summons on Whitehall Road.

Susan N. Deily-Swearingen, 41, 44 Sparhawk St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 10:17 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after license revocation. Officer Scott Peters issued the summons on School Street.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Kori A. Cesati, 38, 56 Sparhawk St., Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 1:44 p.m. and charged with theft by detection. Officer Patrick Smart made the arrest at Walmart, Route 1.

Donna Marie Duford, 58, 221 Towle Farm Road, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 5:49 p.m. and charged with shoplifting and receiving stolen property. Officer Ryan Kane and Sgt. David Buccheri made the arrest at Kohl’s Department Store, Route 1.

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

Stacy A. Gauthier, 29, 64 5th Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 9:55 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Detective James Morton issued the summons on Salem Street.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:

Daniel W. McHugh, 68, 653 Main St., Rowley, was issued a summons Thursday at 10:41 a.m. on charges of assault, disorderly conduct and register motor vehicle improperly to avoid taxes/premiums. The summons was issued on Main Street.

Kenneth Edward McCreedy, 56, 15 Lawrence Road, No. 29, Rowley, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:05 a.m. on a charge of leaving scene after property damage (second offense). The summons was issued on Lawrence Road.

John H. Penfield, 63, 433 High St., Candia, N.H., was issued a summons Sunday at 9:09 a.m. on a charge of leaving scene of personal injury. The summons was issued after a motor vehicle accident on Main Street.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Amanda Hayes, 31, 112 Elm St., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 2:12 a.m. and charged with three previous warrants. Officer Richard Holcroft made the arrest on Bare Hill Road.
