NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Tuesday, April 15, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

William A. Lowe, 48, 3 Gin Lane, Webster; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, continued without finding for two years, attend half-day Brains at Risk class; no seat belt, not responsible; fail to yield at intersection, responsible, filed (Newburyport).

Robert Daniels, 47, 6 Elmwood St., Salisbury; assault and battery, dismissed (Salisbury).

Edson N. Darocha, 36, 60 Kelvin St., Apt. D, Everett; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, responsible, filed, $200 assessment (Newbury).

Aron Leighton, 20, 7 Tremont Ave., No. 1, Amesbury; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, three months pretrial probation, $50 VWF; number plate violation, not responsible (Amesbury).

Michael D. Tallini, 29, 109 Burroughs Road, North Reading; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, guilty, 10 days house of correction, deemed served (Newburyport).

Christina Lebrun, 28, 119 Market St., Amesbury; violate abuse prevention order, dismissed (Amesbury).

Rebecca Kane, 32, 3R Monroe St., Amesbury; assault and battery, continued without finding for six months, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Julian Chapelle, 27, 3 Royal Crest Drive, No. 9, Andover; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, six months house of correction, sentence suspended for two years while on probation, 14-day inpatient treatment and all after-care, two-year loss of license, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF; operator refuse to identify self, dismissed upon payment of $100 court costs; resisting arrest, continued without finding for two years; operating an unregistered motor vehicle, not responsible; marked lanes, responsible, filed; state highway wrong-way violation, responsible, filed (Salisbury).
