NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Friday, March 23, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Matthew Nestor presiding:

Sonja Jasinski, 41, 4 Orange St., No. 6, Newburyport; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license due to OUI, dismissed; operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license for being a habitual traffic offender, guilty, $1,000 fine, $250 surfine, $50 Victim-Witness Fund (VWF), six months house of correction, sentence suspended for six months, two years' probation; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), guilty, 60 days house of correction, sentence suspended for two years; brakes violation, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Jay R. Desjardins, 18, 31 Ringgold St., Haverhill; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF, complete alcohol safety awareness program, 210-day loss of license; marked lanes violation, responsible, $100 assessment (Merrimac).

John Kern, 21, 16 Woodland St., Merrimac; sell/deliver liquor to person under 21, dismissed upon payment of $300 costs (Amesbury).

Michael R. Lomanno, 20, 1 Democracy Drive, Amesbury; domestic assault and battery, continued without finding for 18 months, must remain drug- and alcohol-free with random screens, continue counseling, stay away and no contact with victims, $50 VWF; domestic assault and battery, continued without finding for 18 months; possession of a class C substance, continued without finding for 18 months; possession of a class E substance, continued without finding for 18 months; driving while under the influence of drugs, continued without finding for 18 months, 210-day loss of license, complete alcohol safety awareness program, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 HIF, $50 VWF, must remain drug- and alcohol-free with random screens; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without finding for one year, $250 HIF; marked lanes, responsible, $100 assessment (Amesbury).

Jeffrey C. Kanter, 22, 9 Fairway Drive, No. 3, Derry, N.H.; possession of a class A substance, continued without finding for 14 months, must remain drug- and alcohol-free with random screens, $50 VWF (Salisbury).
