Justin Hinson, 22, 83 Washington St., Seabrook; criminal mischief, case continued without finding until November, conditioned upon good behavior, to include not being on the victim's property (Hampton Falls).
Lynne A. Petty, 47, 11 Basin St., Newburyport; all charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated and transporting an open container of alcohol in a vehicle were not prosecuted; reckless conduct, guilty, $1,200 fine, suspended, conditioned upon one year's good behavior, to include completion of a safe driving course within 60 days; reckless driving, guilty, $620 fine and 90-day loss of license, conditioned upon getting an evaluation from a licensed drug and alcohol counselor and adherence with recommendations, written proof of compliance with sentence conditions must be provided to the state within 60 days.
