POLICE LOGS

NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Kellee Waterman, 38, no fixed address, Seabrook, was issued a summons Wednesday at 5:48 p.m. on a charge of larceny of a credit card. Officer Christopher McDonald issued the summons at the Newburyport police station on Green Street.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Scott T. Hardy, 32, 15 Vendome St., Merrimac, was arrested Thursday at 12:46 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), marked lanes violation and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Officers Craig Lesage and Matthew Cunningham made the arrest on Macy Street.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Scott A. Bennett Jr., 23, 7 Black Snake Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Wednesday at 4:27 p.m. on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The summons was issued at the Salisbury police station on Railroad Avenue.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Dain A. Blackadar, 21, 10 Maple St., Byfield, was arrested Tuesday at 3:20 p.m. and charged with five previous warrants. Officers Michael Croteau and Mark Smigielski made the arrest on Maple Street.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Leonardo Souza-De-Oliveira, 21, 11 Flint Ave., Somerville, was issued a summons Wednesday at 11:52 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Wilson issued the summons in Merrimac.
