NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, June 12, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Jamie J. Torris, 35, 1 Dustin St., No. 2, Peabody; violation of a protection order, dismissed; violation of a protection order, dismissed; stalking, guilty, five months probation conditioned upon compliance with a GPS exclusion zone exclusive of 1,000 feet of the victim, no abuse of the victim or the victim’s family, $50 Victim/Witness Fund; three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (a knife) and one count of domestic assault and battery, not prosecuted (Rowley).

Marianna Steves, 57, 26 Beacon St., Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, six months in the house of correction, suspended with two years probation conditioned upon completion of a 14-day in-patient substance abuse treatment program with compliance with aftercare, two-year loss of license, $50 VWF, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund; $250 Head Injury Fund (State Police).

Judge Allen Swan presiding over the following jury-waived trials:

Ariel Pouliot, 21, 373 Hickory Road, Attleboro; unlicensed driving, guilty, $200 fine, $50 VWF; fail to yield at intersection, not prosecuted (Rowley).

Alexander Miller, 23, 5 Pelton Way, No. 2, Hampton Falls, N.H.; unlicensed driving, continued for three months, $50 VWF; speeding, responsible, filed (State Police).

Gary Connor, 45, 92 Deep Meadow, Exeter, N.H.; driving after license suspension, guilty, 10 days in the house of correction, committed and deemed served; number plate violation, guilty, 10 days in the house of correction, committed and deemed served; unregistered vehicle, responsible, filed; possession of class A drugs, guilty, one year in the house of correction, suspended and one year probation conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free, $50 VWF (State Police).

Nathan A. Natola, 21, 20 Prospect st., Merrimac; possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, continued without finding and probation for three months, $50 court costs, $50 VWF (Rowley); disturbing the peace, continued without finding and probation for three months, $50 court costs, $50 VWF (Newburyport).
