NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Jonathan P. Newton, 41, no fixed address, was arrested Saturday at 6:06 p.m. and charged with trespassing and shoplifting (third offense). Sgt. Howard Adams and officer Richard Rocco made the arrest at CVS Pharmacy, Pond Street.

Robin Dilone, 21, 150 Lafayette Road, No. 25, Rye, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 3:34 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and uninsured operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Kevin Martin and Robert Vatcher made the arrest on Storey Avenue.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Robert J. Lutes, 32, 55 Hilldale Ave., Apt. B, South Hampton, was arrested Saturday at 8:10 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and two equipment violations. Officers Thomas Nichols and David Noyes made the arrest on Interstate 495 off-ramp to Route 110.

Jamin Persichetti, 34, and Sarah Persichetti, 31, both of 118 Washington St., Groveland, were issued summonses Sunday at 12:49 a.m. by officers Jonathan Morrill and Nichols. Jamin Persichetti was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Sarah Persichetti was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Joel Ethan Madore, 41, 243 South Main St., left, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 8:12 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Richard Dellaria made the arrest on Broadway.

Kristal M. Dube, 29, 92 East Broadway, No. 25, Derry, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 12:29 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officer Keith Forget and Sgt. Timothy Hunter made the arrest on Broadway.

Andrew D. MacBurnie, 24, 32 Central St., Byfield, was arrested Saturday at 1:25 a.m. and charged with malicious destruction of property less than $250 and disorderly conduct. Officer Dellaria made the arrest in a Beach Road parking lot.
