Cleofa Jose, 45, 75 Park St., North Andover, was issued a summons Saturday at 8:45 p.m. on a charge of reckless endangerment of a child. Officers Pollard and Michael Tullercash issued the summons on Broadway.

Gearald Turcotte, 48, 18 Farm Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 10:05 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officers Richard Dellaria and Tullercash made the arrest near Surfside 5 on Broadway.

Michael Leamy, 19, 13 Evergreen Road, Salem, N.H.; Matthew Colecchia, 19, 28 Harris St., Apt. RD, Salem, N.H.; Richard Larhette, 20, 21 Henry Taylor St., Salem, N.H.; Christopher Laurent, 19, 6 Emerson Drive, Derry, N.H.; were issued summonses Saturday at 11:58 p.m. on a charge of person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officer Dellaria issued the summonses on Atlantic Avenue.

Steven A. Heffernan, 23, 5 Reeds Lane, West Newbury, was arrested Sunday at 1:02 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officers Dellaria and Luis Valdez made the arrest on Broadway.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Nikoletti Nachef, 21, 89 Jericho Road, Pelham, N.H., was arrested Friday at 7:24 p.m. and charged with being a fugitive from justice. Officers Ryan Kane, Scott Mendes and Detective Daniel Lawrence made the arrest on Kimberly Drive.

Logan Ashley Marie Carey, 25, 17 Worthley Ave., Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 12:38 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Keith Dietenhofer and Joseph Lister made the arrest on Worthley Avenue.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:

Brian William Benson, 40, 250 High Road, Newbury, was issued a summons Wednesday at 7:38 p.m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. The summons was issued on Main Street.

Thomas James Arsenault, 57, 310 High St., Ipswich, was issued a summons Thursday at 3:23 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. The summons was issued on Central Street.
