Rummage Sale at First Religious Society
The First Religious Society, Unitarian Universalist, at 26 Pleasant St., in Newburyport, will host a Rummage Sale today from 9 to 11:30 a.m. This is a bi-annual event featuring gently used garments, purses, shoes and accessories. St. Paul’s Church Annual Fall Fair and Silent Auction
St. Paul’s Church, 166 High St., Newburyport, will hold its annual Fall Fair and Silent Auction on Saturday, Nov. 10. The fair will begin at 9 a.m. and runs to 2 p.m. It will include baked goods, books, boutique, Christmas and Holiday Room, crafts, clothing, children’s clothing, jewelry, linens, raffle, treasure chest and more.
Bidding for the silent auction begins at 9 a.m. and goes to 2:30 p.m. The auction offers many quality items generously donated by local merchants and others, including gift certificates, furniture, antique items, jewelry, fine collectibles, goods and services. Breakfast will be available from 7:30 to 9 a.m. with lunch served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The event is St Paul’s largest fundraiser of the year and benefits the church’s many projects.
