NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, Oct. 26, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Senta A. Ferraro, 32, 4 Lonvale Lane, Apt. 89, Amesbury; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of a half-day Brains At Risk program, weekly counseling, no abuse of family, court clinic evaluation and complying with recommendations, $50 Victim/Witness Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund; threat to commit crime, continued for one year conditioned upon compliance with the same terms as above (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, Oct. 30, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Diane M. Quinn-Kritz, 438 Haverhill St., Rowley; driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense), not prosecuted; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for one year, $300 court costs, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; fail to drive in the right lane, not responsible (Rowley).

Kevin P. Timmons, 55, 12 Graham Ave., Newbury; unlicensed driving, responsible; license not in possession, not responsible (Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Oct. 31, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Eric M. Kidder, 22, 38 Hooksett St., Seabrook; disturbing the peace, continued for three months, $50 VWF; sell/deliver alcohol to a person under the age of 21, disturbing the peace, continued for three months (Amesbury).

Judge Allen Swan presided over the following jury-waived trials:

Seth Olsen, 41, 32 Market St., Suite 4, Newburyport; assault and battery, guilty, 18 months in the house of correction, suspended with 2 1/2 years probation conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free and outpatient alcohol treatment, three AA meetings a week and staying away from the victim, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

William P. Jean, 21, 7 Charles St., Georgetown; malicious destruction of property worth more than $250, dismissed (Rowley).

Malcolm Burns, 22, 20 Pond St., Amesbury; domestic assault and battery, guilty, four months in the house of correction, committed, and probation revocation of a previous conviction and the suspect remanded to custody to serve out term concurrently with this sentence (Amesbury).
